Jinji Lake Hotel Group (JLHG) in SIP recently organized a training session, aiming to enhance staff’s compliance awareness and risk prevention capabilities. Nearly 100 people attended the training, including group management, department heads, and compliance personnel from the group’s branches.
The training included a systematic introduction to the core principles of compliance management, an in-depth interpretation of the latest regulations on state-owned asset supervision, and an analysis of key compliance-related risks in hotel operations such as those in marketing, guest room services, catering, environmental management, and safety guarantee. Typical cases were shared as cautions against these risks.
In addition to the training, JLHG plans to further strengthen its compliance management system, improve related strategies and procedures, and reinforce compliance review and supervision, thereby laying a solid foundation for high-quality development.
