Careray Digital Medical Technology Co Ltd, a company founded in SIP’s BioBAY in 2007, put its global headquarters into operation on Apr 8.

Listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Careray has delved deeply in medical imaging, establishing a comprehensive ecosystem of digital X-ray core components and one-stop solutions. The company has set up subsidiaries in the United States, India, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries, with its products exported to over 30 countries and regions worldwide. At the same time, through strategic investments and resource integration, it is actively pursuing “AI + Medical Imaging” to forge a second growth curve.

The new facility will further strengthen the company’s R&D foundation, enhance its technological innovation capabilities, and inject new momentum into medical imaging technology upgrading.

The company signed agreements with ISDI and other two companies on the same day to launch strategic cooperation in localized manufacturing of CMOS detectors, application of intelligent diagnosis and treatment technologies, and medical information services.
